- Heat cashew, coconut, cashew milk or almond mild
- You can buy the premixed powder or make your own. Add turmeric, black pepper, ginger and cinnamon. Continue to heat 10 minutes as this activates the spices. Add a spoonful of coconut oil. Sweeten with maple, honey, coconut sugar or agave. Vanilla is also a good addition.
