- I might never see my kids again
- I feel ashamed all the time
- Why am I so hard to love?
*Put them in a bin, mix up and exchange
*Relate to the fear that you choose. Have a group discussion about each fear chosen
*The idea of this group is to realize that you are not alone and that other people have similar fears also.
